Eric Ballman serves as the Asia-Pacific Regional Quality Senior Director at Eli Lilly, where they lead the China integrated quality organization supporting all GxP areas. From 2014 to 2015, they held various leadership positions in quality assurance within Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Director of Quality for the Asia Pacific region. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a pharmacist for the Department of Veterans Affairs from 2002 to 2004.
