Eric Delestre

Eric Delestre is the Associate Vice President of Quality Parenteral and Devices Network at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead a regional/global QA/QC organization focused on driving Quality Excellence. With extensive experience in quality assurance, they previously held roles such as Director QA, overseeing multinational teams and ensuring GMP and GDP compliance across emerging markets. Eric has also managed quality assurance operations at multiple manufacturing sites, contributing to the launch of new product lines and the implementation of corporate quality standards. They hold a Doctorate in Pharmacy and a Master's degree in Medical and Biological Science from Aix-Marseille University.
