Eric Dunn is currently the Senior Director of Litigation, Policy, and Strategy at Eli Lilly and Company since 2025. Previously, they served as Counsel in the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice from 2022 to 2025 and held various roles in the same division, including Assistant Chief and Attorney focused on Competition Policy and Advocacy. Dunn also gained experience as a Legal Fellow in the Superior Court Division of the United States Attorneys' Offices in 2018. They have served as a law clerk for notable judges, including Judge Kathleen O’Malley at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Chief Judge J. Rodney Gilstrap at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. Dunn holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors and Distinction in Political Science from Stanford University.
