Currently, Eric serves as the Executive Director of Engineering and Maintenance at Eli Lilly and Company, overseeing a large team and managing various engineering functions. Eric holds Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. Previously, Eric was the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations at Lilly del Caribe, leading a cross-functional team and focusing on safety and quality in operations.
