Ericka Study

Ericka Study is a Senior Engineer in Quality Assurance at Eli Lilly and Company, where they have worked since 2013. Prior to this, Ericka served as a Project Engineer II at Clarke Engineering Services from 2011 to 2013 and as a Validation Engineer at Performance Validation from 2002 to 2006. Ericka developed and executed qualifications for equipment and utilities and played a key role in supporting manufacturing operations, which resulted in a $1 million additional contract. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, earned in 2002.
