Erin H. is a results-driven pharmaceutical enterprise leader with extensive experience in supply chain and project management. They have held key leadership roles at major organizations, including serving as Executive Director of Global Supply Chain at Eli Lilly and Company since 2025, and previously leading operations at Novartis Gene Therapies and AstraZeneca. Erin has a proven track record of driving operational readiness and achieving financial targets, including the successful start-up of facilities valued at over $2 billion. They also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at the University of Maryland in 2022. Erin completed executive education in Finance for Executive Management at Harvard Business School in 2021.
