Fan Lu is an interdisciplinary postdoctoral researcher with eight years of experience in protein purification and functional analysis, as well as six years in mammalian cell handling and cell-based assays. Currently serving as a scientific lead at both Loxo Oncology at Lilly and Eli Lilly and Company, Fan has designed and conducted several successful CRISPR-editing projects independently. Previously, Fan was a postdoctoral research fellow at Cleveland Clinic and holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, along with a Bachelor's degree in Basic Pharmacy from China Pharmaceutical University. Known for gaining in-depth knowledge of fluorescence imaging and multi-color flow cytometry during experimental optimization, Fan is adept at troubleshooting and always willing to assist colleagues.
