Frank Freeman

Frank Freeman is currently a Counsel at Eli Lilly and Company, where they focus on corporate law, including capital markets, corporate governance, and federal securities law. They previously served as an Associate at Jones Day from 2015 to 2020 and were a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2013-2014. Frank began their legal career as an intern at Barnes & Thornburg LLP in 2012. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Purdue University and a Doctor of Law from the University of Michigan Law School.
