Fred Guo

Fred (Xiyao) Guo is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Manufacturing (CMC) at Eli Lilly, bringing over a decade of experience in small molecule product development. Previously, they served as a Senior Scientist in Formulation Development at Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where they led numerous projects and coordinated lab activities. Their earlier role as a Formulation/Processing Scientist at AustarPharma involved managing API sourcing and ensuring compliance with GMP standards. Fred is certified as a PMP and a Six Sigma Black Belt, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality and project management in the pharmaceutical field.
