Glen J. is a seasoned professional in epidemiology and integrated evidence generation, currently serving as Senior Director, Research Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company since February 2025. Previously, Glen held the position of Senior Director, Integrated Evidence Generation Lead in Kidney Disease at Bayer from March 2022 to February 2025. Prior roles include Associate Director of Epidemiology at AstraZeneca and Director of Epidemiology within the global renal evidence strategy team, where Glen successfully led high-impact real-world evidence studies. Experience also includes serving as an Epidemiologist and Clinical Data Scientist at GSK, overseeing the EU-IMI EMIF project, and a science management role at the Medical Research Council.
