Ian Rafferty has accumulated extensive experience in technical roles, including positions at Eli Lilly and Company as a Lead Technician in Automation and as a Sr. Lead Technician. Prior to that, Ian worked as a Sr. Reliability Engineer at Guerbet and a Software Test Engineer at John Deere. Ian’s career began as an Advanced Repair Agent at Best Buy and included a role as a Senior Deskside Support Technician at Stefanini. Currently, Ian is pursuing an Associate of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering at East Carolina University, while also continuing education in Computer and Information Sciences at Wake Technical Community College.
