Jamie Preston possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of HR Global Compensation at Eli Lilly and Company since September 2003. Jamie has held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Associate Vice President for the Australia/New Zealand & NAPAC Region, where responsibilities included serving as CHRO for five countries and overseeing all HR functions. Additional positions have included Senior Director HR for the Oncology Business Unit, Japan HR Director, and Global HR Strategic Business Advisor for various corporate sectors. Jamie's expertise encompasses people strategy, talent management, leadership development, and diversity initiatives, along with a strong background in sales and investigations. Jamie holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Health Service Administration from the University of Evansville, additional international experience from Harlaxton College, and is currently pursuing executive education at Wharton and Purdue University.
