Jason Sinclair is a Manager of Global Talent Acquisition with extensive experience in recruitment and sales. They previously served as an Executive Sales Representative at Eli Lilly and Company from 2019 to 2025, following roles as a Senior Sales Representative and Regional Sales Manager at Cintas from 1996 to 2000. With a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and brand marketing, Jason has also contributed to campus recruitment at the University of Kansas and participated in the business school’s Employer Advisory Council.
