Jay Kissel, PhD, is currently the COO of LRL Project Management at Eli Lilly and Company, a position they have held since 2019. Previously, they served in various roles at Eli Lilly, including Director of Oncology Medical Affairs Operations and Director of Medical Information. Jay also gained academic experience as an Instructor at Indiana University and an Adjunct Professor at Butler University. They earned a B.S. in Genetic Biology from Purdue University and a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Indiana University Bloomington.
