Jay Larrow

Jay Larrow is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry with extensive experience in pharmaceutical research and development. Currently serving as Senior Director at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2025, Larrow has held various leadership roles, including Associate Director at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research in 2021 and Senior Principal Scientist at Novartis from 2008 to 2021, focusing on chemical technology and synthesis. Previous experience includes managerial positions at Amgen, Inc. and Relay Therapeutics, where Larrow oversaw synthesis support and material supply. Larrow began a career in research as a Project Leader at Rhodia Pharma Solutions and as a Research Associate at Sepracor, Inc.
