Jayme Talbott

Jayme Talbott is an experienced professional in clinical development and project management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Clinical Development in Oncology at Eli Lilly and Company since August 2025. With previous roles at Advanced Clinical as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, and at PPD as a Senior Project Manager, Jayme has a strong background in leading clinical projects. Earlier experience includes positions as a Project Manager II at Syneos Health and progressively responsible roles at Eli Lilly and Company and Indiana University School of Medicine, ranging from Clinical Trial Project Management to Clinical Research Coordinator. Jayme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and has further education from the Association of Clinical Research Professions.
