Jeff Baxter

Jeff Baxter is the Chief Operating Officer of LRL Project Management at Eli Lilly and Company. They have held multiple roles at Eli Lilly, including Senior Director and Executive Director, contributing extensively to clinical project management. Jeff earned an Executive Certificate in the Business of Life Sciences from the IU Kelley School of Business and holds both a BBA in Finance and a BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, as well as an MS in Clinical Rehabilitation Psychology from Indiana University Indianapolis.
