Jeff Daghir

Jeff Daghir is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product, manufacturing, and facilities engineering. Beginning with an engineering co-op role at Raybestos® Powertrain, LLC, Jeff advanced through key positions at various organizations, including Cummins Inc., where responsibilities included managing product support and analyzing failure data. As County Surveyor for Jefferson County, Indiana, and later a managing partner at MPS Printing Incorporated, Jeff showcased expertise in project management and business development. Most recently, as a Senior Process Engineer at Catalent Pharma Solutions and now as a Sr Principal Responsible Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, Jeff focuses on utilities automation. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
