Jeff Weber

Jeff Weber is the Associate Vice President and Global Therapeutic Area Leader for Substance Use Disorders and Psychiatry at Eli Lilly and Company. Previously, they held various roles at Eli Lilly, including Associate Vice President of Corporate Affairs, where they led initiatives to enhance patient access to medicine. Jeff began their career at Philip Morris USA as a Unit Sales Manager and has held several marketing positions, demonstrating expertise in market research and customer engagement strategies. They earned an MBA in Marketing from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
