Jefferson Howell is currently the Head of Design for Digital Health at Eli Lilly, where they lead teams in creating and launching digital products aimed at improving health outcomes. Prior to this role, they served as Design Director at Artefact and Art Director at Tag New Media, where they guided design efforts for various clients and developed essential design documentation. Jefferson has also freelanced in UX and visual design, collaborating with startups to enhance product interfaces. They hold a degree in Multimedia & Graphic Design from Champlain College.
