Joanna Rizos

Joanna Rizos is a strategic and collaborative pharmacist who currently serves as the Director of Medical Information at Eli Lilly Canada, where they champion digital innovation and operational excellence in medical affairs. Joanna has a proven track record of developing patient-centric digital tools and implementing standardized content approval processes. As a Board Member of PVN-MI, Joanna contributes to enhancing access to medical information and promoting industry-wide best practices. Previously, Joanna held various roles in the pharmaceutical sector, including positions at Shoppers Drug Mart and served as a Senior Sales Representative at Eli Lilly Canada. Joanna is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from Glendon Campus of York University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business.
