Joel Soler

Joel Soler, Ph.D., SHRM-CP, is a Senior Manager in Campus Recruiting at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead HR efforts for Lilly Research Laboratories. Previously, Joel held various roles, including Research Assistant at the University of Puerto Rico and Research Associate at Michigan State University, where their work focused on neurobiological research and statistical validation. Joel has also gained experience in regulatory affairs as a Biologics Regulatory Affairs Intern at Zoetis Inc. They hold a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Michigan State University, along with a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Experimental Psychology, graduating summa cum laude.
