John Belmont

John Belmont is currently the Sr. Director of State Government Affairs at Eli Lilly, overseeing operations in New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire. They previously served as the Vice President of Legislative and Regulatory Affairs for the Medical Society of the State of New York, where they developed health care agendas and collaborated with legislators. Belmont has extensive experience as a Legislative Representative for CSEA, advocating for public employee interests and conducting statutory research. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The College of Saint Rose and completed the Harvard Trade Union Program in 2016.
