John Calley is a retired Executive Director of Bioinformatics at Eli Lilly and Company, where they also served as a Research Advisor. Prior to retirement in 2023, John held the position of Principal Research Scientist at Eli Lilly. They earned a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona and a B.A. in Math and Computer Science from Beloit College, following their high school education at Verde Valley School.
