John Heddleston

John Heddleston is currently the Director at Eli Lilly, having previously served as a Senior Advisor in Biology. They were an Application Scientist at the Advanced Imaging Center at HHMI Janelia Research Campus, where they collaborated with visiting scientists on advanced optical instrumentation. Heddleston earned a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from Case Western Reserve University and holds a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from the same institution. Their prior experience includes postdoctoral positions at both NIST and Cleveland Clinic, as well as a role as a Biomedical Engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
