John Maye

John Maye is the Associate Director of Clinical Trial Supply Management at Eli Lilly, where they lead a team in manufacturing Drug Products for Clinical Trials. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, they have expertise in Supply Chain Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Process Improvement. Prior to their role at Eli Lilly, John served as Supply Chain Manager and later as End-to-End Supply Network Planning Manager at Novartis, where they led teams and managed inventory across the supply network. Currently, John is pursuing a Diploma of Education in Industrial Engineering at Munster Technological University and studying Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the Irish Management Institute.
