Jonathan Gray

Jonathan Gray is a seasoned professional in bioinformatics and engineering with a solid foundation in the biomedical field. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company since August 2025, Jonathan previously held positions as a Bioinformatics Developer at BCforward and an Associate Researcher at Paratus Sciences, where significant contributions included leading the design and implementation of a metadata tracking system using Benchling for genomic samples. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where Jonathan automated sequencing pipelines and created visualizations of complex genomic data.
