Jonathan Morgan

Jonathan Morgan, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Regulatory Project Management and Operations at Eli Lilly and Company since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the same title at Akouos and worked as a Senior Consultant and Program Lead at Parexel, contributing to significant regulatory compliance efforts across various pharmaceutical sectors. Jonathan's experience includes managing multiple clinical and biomarker research studies at Personal Genome Diagnostics and overseeing clinical investigation sites at Parexel for Phase 3 trials. Jonathan also has a strong background in regulatory affairs and research, demonstrated through achievements such as leading a cross-functional team for a successful FDA-approved gene therapy contract manufacturing site at Catalent Pharma Solutions. Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a BS in Biology from Roanoke College.
