Jorge Morales

Jorge Morales is an Associate Director of Business Support at Eli Lilly and Company, with 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing sectors. Jorge previously worked at GE as a Technical Service Engineer and at IVAC as a Validation Engineer. They held various positions at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Associate Director for TS/MS Project Management. Jorge earned a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.
