Josh Mathew is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Beginning his career as a Project Engineer at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2001 to 2005, Josh progressed to a Maintenance Engineer at West-Ward Pharmaceuticals, where supervision of critical utility personnel was a key responsibility from April 2010 to March 2015. Josh currently serves as a Sr. Principal Plant Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company, starting in April 2021, after previously holding the position of Sr. Plant Engineer in the same location. Josh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University, obtained from 1993 to 1998.
