Judith Macklin

Judith Macklin is an Executive Director and Global QC Business Process Program Leader at Eli Lilly and Company, bringing over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across various roles, including QA, QC, EHS, Production, and Six Sigma. Judith served as Director of Operations and later as Director of Analytical Services, where they managed a team of over 100 employees and implemented significant organizational growth and lean initiatives. Judith holds a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering with First Class Honours from Queens University Belfast.
