Julia Lester is an Associate Director in Clinical Development for Early Oncology at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead initiatives in cancer trials. They previously served as Clinical Research Manager at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, overseeing high-volume clinic operations and improving patient compliance and safety. Julia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Biopsychology and minors in Spanish and Public Health from The College of New Jersey and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at The Johns Hopkins University.
