Karla H.

Karla H. has extensive experience in nursing and clinical research, beginning as a registered nurse at ST Vincent Hospital from May 1987 to 1996, where responsibilities included procedural nursing in cardiovascular labs and patient care mentoring. Between 1996 and 2001, Karla continued nursing at ST Francis Hospital and also served as a Clinical Field Specialist at Vascular Solutions. From April 2002 to August 2006, Karla worked as a Clinical Research Scientist in Global Product Safety and Pharmacovigilance at Eli Lilly and Company, before progressing to senior roles from October 2017 to October 2023, including Senior Clinical Research Scientist and Director Clinical Research Scientist, managing oncology clinical trials and leading cross-functional teams. Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis and an MBA in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
