Kelsey Mower is a seasoned regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. They began their career as a Pre-Registration Pharmacist and Basic Grade Pharmacist at the National Health Service and then held various roles at notable companies, including Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, and Eli Lilly and Company, where they currently serve as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs. Kelsey has a solid background in managing regulatory strategies, submissions, and lifecycle management across multiple therapeutic areas, including cardiovascular and immunology sectors. They earned a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Nottingham.
