Kieron Ryan is a Japanese/English Medtech and Pharma Quality Leader with over seven years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Site Quality Assurance at Eli Lilly and Company, Kieron plays a vital role in quality procurement, audit readiness, and change control management. Kieron has previously held positions at notable companies such as Takeda and Johnson & Johnson Vision, where they focused on quality improvement and data analysis. Kieron holds multiple qualifications from the University of Limerick, including a Master’s in Strategic Quality Management and several diplomas in Lean Systems and Six Sigma.
