Kyla Brown

Kyla Brown is a Sterility Assurance Manager in Technical Services and Manufacturing Sciences at Indy RLT. They previously held various roles at Eli Lilly and Company, including Senior Manager and Senior Representative in Sterility Assurance. Kyla has also worked at Elanco as a Quality Assurance Consultant and has experience as a Manager of Operations and Global Sterility Assurance Consultant. They obtained a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Microbiology from Ball State University, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
