Lance Pfeifer is currently the Associate VP and Head of Pre-Clinical Research Execution at Eli Lilly and Company, where they oversee global pre-clinical external innovation. Previously, they served as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at UC-Irvine and held various roles at Eli Lilly, including Senior Advisor for Immunology Project Management and Director of Decision Sciences. Lance earned a BS in Chemistry, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and holds a Post-Doctoral certificate in Chemistry from UC Irvine, as well as a high honors certificate in Business from Harvard University.
