Lifen Lin

Lifen Lin is the Financial Director at Eli Lilly and Company in China, a role held since 2014 where they oversee Business Planning and Analysis, Financial Reporting, Business Control Process, Enterprise Risk Management, and Pricing and Bidding. Prior to this, Lifen served as the Taiwan CFO from 2010 to 2013, managing multiple finance-related functions. They are also a Certified Black Belt, specializing in Project Management, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence. Lifen possesses a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from National Taiwan University, earned between 2015 and 2022.
