Lori Ferzandi

Lori Ferzandi is an experienced organizational development professional currently serving as the Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Eli Lilly and Company. Lori has a strong background in driving engagement and leading change, with a track record of managing critical business initiatives and fostering trusted partnerships. Previously, Lori held various roles in healthcare market research and organizational effectiveness, and has consulted for notable clients including Eli Lilly and the Office of Naval Research. Lori earned a Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Gettysburg College.
