Manuel Gonzalez is the Specialty Training Director at Eli Lilly and Company, a role in which they design and implement training initiatives to build capabilities across the organization. Previously, Manuel served as a Senior District Manager and Sales, Operations & Capabilities Director at Eli Lilly, leading teams to achieve business objectives and enhance customer value. Before their tenure at Eli Lilly, Manuel worked as a District Manager at CUTCO Cutlery. Manuel earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Puerto Rico and briefly attended the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
