Melissa Richards has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various management and leadership roles at Eli Lilly and Company from 2013 to 2021, including Associate Director of PRA International BU and Global PRA Consultant for Alzheimer’s, as well as key positions in autoimmune and rheumatology access management. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Manager at Novartis Consumer Health from 2005 to 2008. Melissa holds a BA Hons degree from Oxford Brookes University.
