Mi Jin is currently the AVP of Drug Substance Process Development at Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to this role, Mi Jin held several prominent positions, including Sr. Director and VP at Spark Therapeutics, and Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals. With early career experience as a Post-doctoral Associate at Cornell University and Rockefeller University, Mi Jin developed expertise in mass spectrometry and protein biochemistry. Mi Jin earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Cornell University and a BS in Chemistry from Tsinghua University.
