Michael Berna

Michael Berna is a Senior Director and Group Leader of Bioanalytical Research in the ADME/Toxicology/PK division at Lilly, where they manage a team of 25 scientists. With extensive expertise in high resolution mass spectrometry and various bioanalytical techniques, Michael's group investigates pharmacokinetics and biotransformation to facilitate the transition of novel therapeutics into clinical settings. Previously, Michael served as a Toxicologist at South Bend Medical Foundation and as a Research Scientist at Sterling Winthrop. They hold a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University and advanced degrees from Indiana University School of Medicine, including a Master’s degree and a Graduate Certificate.
