Michael Collins

Michael Collins is an accomplished operations and supply chain leader with extensive experience in supply chain optimization and logistics oversight in the pharmaceuticals sector. Previously serving as the Supply Chain Manager at Bristol Myers Squibb, Michael led a six-member team and achieved significant improvements through Lean techniques. At MSD, as Site Supply Chain Lead – Director, Michael optimized the supply chain operations at a biologics site, implementing key digital tools and methodologies. Currently, Michael holds the position of Executive Director of Material Operations and Supply Chain at Eli Lilly and Company, continuing to leverage a robust background in manufacturing and supply chain management. They hold a Master of Business Administration from University College Dublin and are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry at the University of Limerick.
