Michael Grim

Michael Grim, PharmD, MBA, RPh, is currently the Associate Director of LVA Health Outcomes and Medical Engagement Capabilities at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2022. With a background in pharmacy and business, Michael previously worked in various roles at Eli Lilly, including as a Visiting Scientist Fellow and Associate Director for Global Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access. Their earlier experience includes internships at Roche, Milliman, and Xcenda, as well as a Pharmacy Technician position at Walgreens. Michael earned both a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration from Butler University, and is passionate about data analysis and improving patient medication outcomes.
