Michael Hornbecker

Michael Hornbecker is an Executive Medical Director in Medical Affairs, focusing on Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease at Eli Lilly. With over a decade of clinical experience in primary care Internal Medicine, they previously served as Chief Resident at Ascension and worked as a Physician at Witham Health Services until 2024. Michael contributed to the Health System Preparedness team at Davos Alzheimer's Collaborative, aiming to enhance diagnosis and treatment for Alzheimer’s disease. They began their career as an Occupational Therapist and transitioned into various medical roles to drive impactful change in healthcare. Michael completed their education at the University of Maryland from 2004 to 2008.
