Michael McCaffrey

Michael McCaffrey is a Senior Manager in Quality Control at Eli Lilly, bringing over 13 years of GMP experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Previously, they held roles at MSD, where they managed bioassay testing and LIMS administration, and at Johnson & Johnson, where they were the Stability Lead for early clinical development portfolios. Michael also has extensive experience in product development and has contributed to research in gene therapy during their Master’s studies at the National University of Ireland, Galway. They currently oversee bioassay and trace operations within Eli Lilly's QCL division, leveraging a solid foundation in analytical methods and regulatory compliance.
