Michael Shelton

Michael Shelton is the Sr. Director of Engineering at Eli Lilly and Company, where they have contributed to business and strategic planning in manufacturing networks since 2013. With a background in managing significant capital programs and driving process development initiatives, Michael has demonstrated strong project management and leadership skills throughout their tenure. Prior to their current role, Michael served in various engineering and management positions within Eli Lilly, where they was instrumental in reducing device delivery cycle times and establishing quality and safety programs. Additionally, Michael co-owned Aegis Engineering, focusing on telecommunications manufacturing and developing a business plan that served as their MBA thesis. They holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
