Millie Powell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and consumer engagement. Currently serving as the Consumer Engagement Lead at Eli Lilly and Company since September 2025, Millie previously held the position of Global Marketing & Omnichannel Director at Convatec from July 2021 to September 2025. Millie's earlier career at Unilever spanned from September 2006 to June 2021 and included roles such as Digital Marketing Manager for The Vegetarian Butcher and Homecare UK, as well as Senior Global Brand Manager for both Domestos and Persil/Omo, and Global Brand Manager for Comfort.
