Mitchell Kumle

Mitchell Kumle is currently the Associate Director of Creative Operations at Eli Lilly and Company, following a series of progressive roles within the organization. Previously, they served as a Senior Creative Services Lead at the same company and held several creative positions during their career, including Creative Services Designer and Supervisor. They also gained experience as an On-Site Graphic Designer at Brandmuscle and completed a Graphic Design Internship at Purdue University, where they designed marketing materials for campus residence halls. Mitchell has a Bachelor's Degree in Design and Visual Communications from Purdue University and has also taught a Beginner's Photoshop course for high school students.
